At Sutton Memorial High School, we developed the Internship Program with the mindset to place our seniors in a real-world setting during the 4th quarter. The rationale for this program is twofold - one, it showcases what our seniors have learned throughout their educational career, and two, it immediately provides an opportunity for our students to build their working professional network while connecting with our community in an engaging and authentic setting. This session will outline our process and how you might go about setting up a similar program in your school.
